Emirates Engineering also has a state-of-the-art aircraft painting facility with a fully automated environment-friendly system equipped with teleplatform equipment for safe and efficient access to aircraft.
Emirates Engineering has line maintenance facilities including office/administrative buildings, aircraft shops, ground support and nitrogen production laboratories.
Each of its 12 hangars is twice the size of a football field, enough space for an Airbus A380. They also have a mid-deck and a fully automatic trunking system. Our Engine Test Cell can also handle engines up to 115,000 pounds, one of only two such facilities in the world.
